This highly successful company have a  21 bedded home in Rayleigh catering for the elderly/frail and are looking for candidates that are interested in working with the elderly.  If you have had some experience within care and would like to persue your career within care and reach higher goals, this company is right for you.  Full training will be given (free of charge) and the opportunity to become qualified at NVQ Level 2 in care.  The company requires the following:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
a caring attitude towards residents and work colleagues
an understanding of vunerable people
an ability to be able to train towards NVQ2
an ability to be able to carry out instructions
an ability to work on a rota shift basis throughout the week
able to use your own iniative to carry out various basic duties within the home
